Platforms enabled for eBilling refer to eProcurement systems which support the use of PEPPOL Billing specification (BIS 5a – Billing).
PEPPOL BIS 5a Billing: This specification describes a process comprising an electronic Invoice and, potentially an electronic Credit Note.
