OpenPEPPOL Guidance on the CEF Calls for Proposals

by Clara Moller-Nielsen created on Dec 18, 2015 08:20 PM
A guidance document is now available to support OpenPEPPOL members in the preparation of proposals for the 2015 CEF Telecom Calls for eInvoicing and eDelivery.

In its effort to support its members in leveraging on the funding opportunities offered by the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) Telecom Programme, OpenPEPPOL has published a guidance document describing the main requirements for participating to the 2015 CEF Calls for eDelivery an eInvoicing, both of which will be open until January 19th, 2016.

The Guidance document provides a brief introduction that applicants can use to get started in order to understand the scope of the Calls and how they could use them to build PEPPOL-compliant infrastructure and put it in real production. In particular, the document focuses on main requirements regarding the CEF Calls, summarizing the key elements from an extensive set of documents, references and FAQs.

Interpretations of the Call objectives and possible funded activities that OpenPEPPOL makes in the guidance document beyond what is included in the official Call documentation, should be taken as OpenPEPPOL opinions that members can use at their discretion, but not as authoritative declarations of eligibility.

OpenPEPPOL encourages its members to participate in the eDelivery and eInvoicing Calls. Members can form their own consortia in their countries or they can cooperate in forming larger consortia from more than one country. The OpenPEPPOL AISBL will not participate itself as an organization in any consortium but can assist its members in cooperating with each other.
