On behalf of the European Commission (DG Infso), the Norvegian driven consortium PEPPOL has developped new crossborder tools for e-procurement in Europe and mainly :
e-delivery through a European Busdox network, that will be connected to Germany by SERES on 14 March 2012,
e-invoicing through a native Danish solution, (96 % of e-invoices for public procurement) adapted to all Europe and standardized in CEN BII,
e-attestations through a solution developped by Koblenz University, that is now operational in France with Certicorps looking for a German partner,
e-signature recognition of certificates through a solution developped by Bremen on-line services, that is now operational,
e-catalogues developped under an Italian Consip management, with promising applications in healthcare sector.
The partners invite French, Luxembourg and German IT companies, crossborder suppliers and contracting authorities as well as the press and public bodies to hear from them about the new opportunities created by the new PEPPOL connexion to Germany.
