8th OpenPEPPOL General Assembly

We welcome you to join us at the 8th OpenPEPPOL General Assembly on Thursday March 21st 2017. (09:30 -17:00 CET) at the Holiday Inn Brussels Airport Holidaystraat 7, 1831 Brussels, Belgium We will host a full day meeting, covering the ordinary General Assembly as well as the Coordinating Community sessions.

Agenda of the day:

09:30 - 10:00: Arrival and Registration

10:00 - 12:30:  Parallel Coordinating Community Sessions

Details for these sessions will be distributed together with the final Agenda and background material of the General Assembly by February 28th at the latest.

12:30 - 13:30: Lunch

13:30 - 16:30: OpenPEPPOL General Assembly

16:30 - 17:00: Open floor: Questions, comments and remarks to the OpenPEPPOL Managing Committee

17:00 - 19:00: After meeting refreshments

Background information will be sent together with the final detailed agenda which will be distributed to the OpenPEPPOL member representatives by March 2nd at latest.

When registering your participation for the 8th OpenPEPPOL General Assembly, please state clearly:

  • Name, role and organization of each attendee listed in your submission to attend email.
  • Which CC morning session each of the listed attendees wish to participate in
  • The name of the person who holds the official right to vote for your organization (please refer to Agenda and Notes)
  • If any of the attendees have any food allergies or prefer vegetarian food

Coordinating Community Sessions

At the Coordinating community sessions, you will have the opportunity to actively influence the focus and direction of the community, as well as have the opportunity to elect the Post-Award and the Transport Infrastructure Community leaders for the next two years.
