The e-commerce services are available for use across the Scottish public sector (central government, local authorities, NHS boards, universities, colleges, fire service and police service) and support all of the key elements of the procurement cycle‚ including e-advertising, eSourcing (eTendering & eAuctions), eOrdering, eCatalogues and eInvoicing.

Scottish public bodies and suppliers who participate in the eCommerce Shared Service will be, by definition, potential PEPPOL users. Development of a PEPPOL pilot is underway.
