The 9th IFIP Conference on e-Business, e-Services, and e-Society, I3E 2009, will be held in Nancy, France, from 23 to 25 September 2009. The Conference will be hosted by LORIA, a joint Lab between Nancy University, INRIA and CNRS.

PEPPOL conference and 4th Multistakeholderforum (Linz, Austria , from Aug 31, 2009 09:00 to Aug 31, 2009 06:00 )

The Multistakeholdeforum aims to include the persons and interest groups which are affected by the PEPPOL.AT initiative in the project at an early stage. It is a regular meeting of stakeholders and representatives of the involved stakeholders. The purpose of this event is the presentation of the status quo with the following exchange of opinions, wishes, recommendations and criticism. The results of the forum are documented and the received feedback is included in the project. Through the involvement of stakeholders transparency and acceptance of the users should in return win the acceptance of the users and also assure the use of the PEPPOL applications.

WP8 will host a workshop in Copenhagen on Tuesday April 14th from 10 am until 5pm. The purpose of the workshop is to explain what a PEPPOL pilot participant must do in order to use the PEPPOL infrastructure. Question like the following will be answered: How do you connect to the PEPPOL infrastructure? What must be established by beneficiaries in order to utilize the PEPPOL infrastructure in the WP 2-5 pilots? What components are provided by WP8? What costs can be charged under the PEPPOL project?
