Results of the PEPPOL-project are made available to all stakeholders to ensure awareness and acceptance on all levels across Europe. As a general policy, specifications, best practices documentation, open source reference implementations of components and building blocks for interoperability are made public. Dissemination and consensus building is of key importance to the success of the project. The communication strategy throughout Europe is implemented through regional nodes. The proposal takes into account cultural and regional variety and existing contacts. Consortium member acting as regional nodes are responsible for the specific communication to the countries they are responsible for. .

Reference Group for Governments

Governments, which are not yet consortium members are invited to participate in a reference group to get more information and join the consortium later. A budget has been reserved for those countries.

Advisory Group for the IT Industry

The project is interested in the views of the IT industry. Suppliers are invited to participate in a technical advisory group to get all the information, how to connect to the PEPPOL infrastructure and provide their input to the design of the specifications.

Other projects

Coordination is considered very important to avoid duplication of efforts and share experiences.For each initiative or project relevant to the PEPPOL project a  liaison manager will be appointed and other initiatives and projects are invited to do the same.

Governments and the private sector are kindly requested to contact the regional nodes responsible for their respective country and register on the PEPPOL website.
