CEN Workshop on Business Interoperability Interfaces in public Procurement

The objectives of the Workshop on 'Business Interoperability Interfaces on public procurement in Europe' - WS/BII are to provide a basic framework for technical interoperability in pan-European electronic transactions. These are to be expressed as a set of technical specifications that cross-refer to relevant activities, and in particular are compatible with UN/CEFACT in order to ensure global interoperability. Open e-PRIOR

Open e-PRIOR is an Open Source e-Procurement platform for all Public Authorities wishing to pilot e-Procurement, including its cross-border aspects, using the Profiles of CEN/ISSS WS/BII (http://spec.cenbii.eu/). Open e-PRIOR (electronic PRocurement, Invoicing and ORdering) has been developed by the Directorate General for Informatics (DIGIT) of the European Commission in the context of the IDABC (http://ec.europa.eu/idabc/) e-Invoicing and e-Ordering project (http://www.epractice.eu/cases/ePRIOR/).

ELLECTRA-WeB (European Electronic Public Procurment Application Framework in the wester Balkans region)

eTEN Procure Project

The eTEN Procure project aims at enabling electronic bids for public procurement procedure through safe and intuitive web services for SMEs, across 5 pilot regions in the EU. The project is funded the European Union via the eTEN programme. eTEN is a European Union programme designed to contribute to the deployment of trans-European e-services in the public interest. more...
