For the eighteenth time, the smart card community will be meeting for its trade conference in Berlin. OMNICARD will this time focus on the key topic of the identification of persons and objects. With its newly adapted motto “The world of smart ID solutions”, the conference will be looking at sophisticated systems solutions which can no longer be described solely using the word “card”. One forum will present four of the European Commission’s major IT projects, like PEPPOL.
